We are open 9am to 8pm everyday.

are face masks required?

No, masks are no longer required to be worn by our employees or our customers. We encourage anybody that is feeling sick to wear a mask when they visit Earl and Tom’s.

How old do i have to be?

You must 21 years of age or older to shop on the medical and the recreational side.

How much can i purchase?

Each person purchasing cannabis cannot purchase more than two ounces of cannabis, sixteen grams of a cannabis extract, and eight hundred milligrams of edible cannabis at one time.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash and debit cards! There is a $3.50 convenience fee for debit cards. We also have an ATM on-site.

Do you ship your products out of state?

No. We do not ship anything out of state, as that would be illegal.

Do i need a medical card to shop at earl and tom’s?

No, you do not need a medical card to shop with us. However, you will get medical pricing if you have a valid medical card.

can i take products back home with me if i live out of state?

No. The products that we sell are only legal in New Mexico and it is illegal to transport cannabis products across state lines.

can i smoke or consume cannabis products at earl and tom’s?

No. It is illegal to consume cannabis products in or around a licensed dispensary.

can i have cannabis in my vehicle?

Yes, you can, but it may not be opened or consumed in a motor vehicle. It is also illegal to drive under the influence of marijuana. It is also recommended to keep all marijuana products out of the reach of the driver or in the trunk.

can i bring my children or any under the age of 21 inside?

No. Nobody under the age of 21 will be permitted into the building. Please plan your visit accordingly.
